I started my multimedia career at Vitesse Learning, Inc. in 2001 as founding member of their Flash Development team. In my time at Vitesse I designed custom user interfaces, as well as the architecture for the templates that served as the blueprint for Vitesse courseware.

At Vitesse, I was involved in several award-winning eLearning solutions. I led the Flash Development effort for the TalentKeepers RentionWorks™ suite, recognized by Human Resource Executive Magazine as a winner in the Top Ten Product Training category. I was the lead developer for the Remicade® suite which received a Brandon Hall Gold Medal in the Custom Content category.

As Director of Platform Development at Vitesse, I led the team that delivered a groundbreaking custom training platform, which provided media-rich interactivity and streamlined production efforts to increase efficiency.

Pursuing my personal passions, I recently spent a year traveling, documenting and photographing South America, Southeast Asia and the US. It was the experience of a lifetime and profoundly changed the way I view the world.

In October of 2008, I re-entered the eLearning realm and joined Design Media as their Creative Director. At Design Media I helped shape much of the eLearning product line offered by the company.

I am currently operating as an independent contractor in the eLearning space. When I am not building custom eLearning solutions for clients, my passion is investigating emerging technologies and their application in the eLearning arena.
